My clients' health and wellbeing is most important to me and I am passionate about keeping everyone healthy and safe.

In line with social distancing guidelines, sessions can be either over the phone or over zoom for virtual face to face sessions.

For those of you that prefer a less technological approach I am offering an ‘Out and About’ plan, where we can meet outside, at a safe distance, to go for a walk in a park, by the river or just so sit in the fresh air. Sometimes I think its nice to get out and just step away from technology for a few hours.
